We finish assembly, test the electronics and share photos and videos of your completed character. After the final payment, we carefully pack and ship it to you.

Production typically takes 2–3 months. We confirm your timeline when we review your request.
Yes. Pay one third to reserve your slot, one third during the build, and the final third before shipping. We review your project and invoice you directly.
Absolutely. Tell us about your idea, colors and personality. We can develop the design together before the build begins.
Send your configuration and ideas directly through our configurator. We review your request, discuss the details with you and send an invoice once the project is agreed. Sending a request does not make a payment.
Yes. We ship from our workshop in Russia. In-stock orders are dispatched within one week of payment. Delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks after dispatch; occasional carrier delays are possible. For commissions, production comes first and timing is agreed separately.
